Reservations |
We recommend making Spa reservations for treatments and Services at least two weeks in advance to assure desired times. To schedule your Spa treatment please call (408) 287-0200. We must have a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. Prepayment is necessary for groups.$80.00

Cancellation Policy
|
We at Dolce Vita reserve time especially for you. If the need should arise to cancel or reschedule (regardless the reason) we require a 24- hour notice on any single booked treatment and a 72- hour notice of cancellation on any Spa Packages and treatment lasting 2-hours or more. Unless we receive such notice, you will be billed for 50% of services reserved. cancellations or no-shows within two hours of the scheduled treatment will be charged at full value. Same day Spa appointment are non-cancelable and are charged at full value if cancelled. This ensures that our Therapists and Technicians receive partial compensation.

Products |
The integrity of the skin and body care products used during a spa treatment is as essential as the quality of the service. We have selected the highest quality and the most reputable product lines world wide for our spa treatments and for your home care routine. Home care products can be ordered by phone or email. We will ship promptly anywhere in the world.

Guarantee and Return Protocol |
If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know within one 10 days of purchase. You must bring in your receipt and we will issue a store credit on merchandise only. We cannot give cash refunds for returned merchandise or services.

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
|
Pamper someone by giving a "great day" with a spa gift certificate! Certificates are available for Spa Services only - not valid in Salon. Custom packages can be designed at your request. You may charge by phone or fax. We will mail Gift Certificates to designated recipient by standard mail. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service redemption; we are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable. |

Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gratuities on credit cards. |

On Arrival |
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in and changing into your robe. This ensures full service time for your treatment and allows you to enjoy a complementary beverage while you relax in our elegant & serene lounge. If you are running late, please notify us so we can try to make the necessary adjustments in your schedule.
Try to allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment and avoid the consumption of coffee or alcohol prior to a massage or other body treatment. |

Waxing |
Waxing is an effective form of hair removal that promotes slower and lighter growth of hair. Waxing services require at least a quarter inch of growth, and is not recommended fort hose using Retin-A Accutane, Differin, or other harsh exfoliants... |

Standard Policy
|
* Our staff is dedicated to maintaining a peaceful ambiance in our spa area. PLease plan to turn off any electronic devices, there is no cell phones or pagers allowed on second floor.
* Please leave all valuables at home, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
*We observe a mature oriented atmosphere for our clients. Children 12 and up are welcome in the spa when booked for services. Please no children under 12 allowed. No pets please!
* Please let your provider know if you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions or considerations. Keep in mind that many of our treatments are physical in mature, meant to reduce stress, relieve tense muscles and muscle fatigue, stimulate lymphatic drainage or exfoliate your skin. As a result, a few guests may experience a variety of symptoms following a spa treatment including, but not limited to: soreness, minor bruising, skin redness and/or slight skin rash.

Group Packages |
If you you are planning a special event, consider a "Spa Party". When you have a group of 13 or more, we block out the entire upper level for your party, so it's just for you! Every year our group packages are becoming more popular and are being replaced by the old fashioned bachelorette night to a "Day of Rejuvenation" a healthier way to celebrate amongst friends.
